Lead Super Heroines, Etc.’s corporate sponsorships, in-kind donations, and organizational partnerships. This role builds and maintains relationships with businesses and community partners who support SHE through funding, donated goods/services, and event collaboration—especially for our annual convention.

Experience in partnership development, sponsorships, fundraising, or sales preferred
Strong professional communication skills
Comfort managing multiple relationships and deadlines
Ability to represent SHE’s mission with clarity and enthusiasm

Identify and cultivate corporate sponsors and community partners
Develop and manage sponsorship packages (cash sponsorships + in-kind support)
Secure in-kind donations such as goods, services, prizes, and auction items
Maintain relationships with sponsors and ensure fulfillment of benefits
Coordinate sponsor recognition across social media, newsletters, and events
Support planning and execution of sponsor presence at the annual convention
Work with event leadership to integrate sponsors into programming (tables, signage, shoutouts, etc.)
Track sponsorship commitments, donations, and deliverables in an organized system
Assist with post-convention sponsor follow-up, gratitude, and renewal conversations

Basic knowledge of social media platforms

Follow all SHE social media accounts
Regularly share, retweet, and otherwise promote SHE content
Add comments and otherwise engage with SHE content
Alert admin to any inappropriate content in the comments
Suggest improvements and new possibilities

Roll for Representation Community Guide
Do you love tabletop RPGs and helping others grow? We’re looking for Community Guides to support participants in our Roll for Representation program. Community Guides help create welcoming, inclusive gaming spaces while encouraging new Game Masters as they build confidence and leadership skills.

Do you love tabletop RPGs and helping others grow? We’re looking for Community Guides to support participants in our Roll for Representation program. Community Guides help create welcoming, inclusive gaming spaces while encouraging new Game Masters as they build confidence and leadership skills.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring, fostering community, and supporting inclusive storytelling. Your support helps empower the next generation of game masters and community leaders.

TIME COMMITMENT
2–4 hours per month (varies by session)
LOCATION
Remote or Virtual (with occasional in-person opportunities)
PREREQUISITES
Must complete our volunteer training module prior to running their first session with nerdy people or organizations.
Interest in tabletop RPGs
Supportive and encouraging communication style
Commitment to inclusive and welcoming spaces
Reliability and teamwork
GM experience helpful but not required

Help welcome participants and create a supportive environment
Assist Game Masters during sessions when needed
Encourage participants and help build confidence
Help foster inclusive and respectful table culture
Support facilitators with light logistics (timekeeping, transitions, etc.)
Model inclusive leadership and community-building practices

Gain leadership and facilitation experience
Help grow representation in tabletop gaming
Build community with fellow volunteers
