Data & Impact Assistant

Overview

Help us tell the story of our impact! As a Data & Impact Assistant, you'll help track participation, measure outcomes, and support evaluation of Super Heroines, Etc. programs. This behind-the-scenes role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, data, and making sense of information.

Your work helps us improve programs, demonstrate impact, and grow our community.

• REQUIREMENTS

  TIME COMMITMENT

  2–4 hours per month (flexible)

  LOCATION

  Virtual

  PREREQUISITES

  Must complete our volunteer training module prior to running their first session with nerdy people or organizations.

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Interest in program evaluation or nonprofit impact

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets or data tools

  • Experience with surveys, spreadsheets, or dashboards helpful but not required

• RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track attendance and participation across programs

  • Organize survey responses and feedback

  • Assist with compiling program metrics and outcomes

  • Help identify trends or opportunities for improvement

  • Support staff with impact reporting
