At Super Heroines, Etc., we believe that the stories we tell at the table should be as welcoming and empowering as the communities we want to build in real life. This interactive training is designed for both new and experienced Game Masters (GMs) who want to create inclusive, safe, and fun spaces for everyone at their tables.

In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn practical tools and approaches to:

  • Set expectations and boundaries with players using safety tools

  • Center historically marginalized voices in storytelling without falling into stereotypes

  • Foster collaboration and creativity so every player feels valued

  • Handle tricky situations at the table with confidence and care

Whether you’re running a convention game, leading a campaign with friends, or looking to join our Roll for Representation program to GM at cons with SHE, this training will help you grow as a leader in your gaming community.

No prior experience with diversity or facilitation training is required—just bring your passion for games and an open mind. Together, we’ll practice building tables where everyone feels like a hero.
